SOUTH AFRICA / Observatory – The redesign of this staff kitchen and dining area, which included custom-made furniture, brought an enhanced flow and improved recreation facilities for employees on a minimal budget. Trees brought nature into the office, while wall-size photos added colour and corporate identity.
REUNION ISLAND / The client requested a proposal for a series of 60m2 remodeled hotel suites with a master bedroom, bathroom and dressing room in French neo-classical style using natural materials.
MAURITIUS / Pointe aux Piments – This estate development comprised of 11 unique villas set on 1000m2 plots, each with a 400 m2 interior and 400m2 external terrace. The plots of land where 1000 m2. Each villa includes a pool, a master bedroom and three additional bedrooms and roof terrace. Traditional Mauritian elements were integrated into the design, including a round roof, an interior patio and square living areas.
SENEGAL / Saly – The client brief was for the design of a complete villa with main house above ground, and below a cellar that maintains cool temperatures for storing wine. The design includes two living rooms and master bedroom with bathroom annex and dressing room. The four external facades are surrounded by a covered terrace. This image shows the back of the house with lounge area and stairs leading onto the garden and swimming pool.
